As quick as I am to leave a negative review when I’ve had a bad experience, I think it’s just as important to recognize the places that truly deserve praise.
For starters, going to the dentist has always terrified me. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences over the years, so I wasn’t sure what to expect walking in. This was the first dental office where I genuinely felt welcomed. I didnt feel like just another patient being rushed through the process. Everyone took the time to explain everything clearly, which put me at ease.
From the front desk staff, to the young lady who took my X-rays (I’m terrible with names), to Mia, and especially Dr. Overmeyer, every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. I know I have a long road ahead of me with my dental work, but for the first time, I’m actually looking forward to the journey. I’m confident I’m in great hands, and I’m excited to see the results. I can’t recommend this office enough. 10 outta 10 for me!
